How are extra provisions charged?

After your stay, we’ll use the card on file to settle up for any extras you’ve enjoyed at the cabin. The charge will go through automatically, and we’ll email you a copy of the invoice for your records.

Our cabin manager notes down what’s been used during the changeover on check-out day and sends it through to us. Everything’s kept in a digital record, so if something doesn’t look quite right on your invoice, just reach out via our contact page and we’ll help get it sorted quickly.
