New Zealand: $40 per booking

Applicable for up to two pets
The fee helps cover the additional cleaning required after pet stays.
Assistance dogs
Certified assistance dogs are always welcome and do not incur a pet fee.
If you're travelling with an assistance dog, please email our team ahead of your stay so we can note it on your booking and make sure everything is set up for you. We’ll just need the relevant details about your assistance dog.
For the safety of wildlife, livestock, and other guests, assistance dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside on our properties.
