You can add it during the booking process before payment, or if you’ve already booked, just reach out to our team via email before your stay and we’ll sort it for you.
If you’re staying for 1–2 nights, you can also upgrade to our Worries, Sorted package instead, which includes:

Rubbish removal at the end of your stay
Late check-out is available across all Australian cabins, though in rare cases it may not be possible due to operational requirements or same-day turnovers. If that happens, our team will let you know.
