How to prepare for a longer stay?

A longer stay with us is just like any other... only longer. With that nugget of wisdom, let's move on.

Here are our top tips for those spending 3 or more nights out in nature:

  1. Pack for all seasons, you never know when mother nature will change her plans on us and it's best to be over prepared. Have a read of what's included in the experience already or what our kitchen is like, so you're not carrying things you don't need out there.

  2. The bar bridge in our cabins is 85L so keep that in mind when planning out your meals. Pack a small esky for drinks to give yourself more space for food in the fridge.

  3. If the weather's good hang your towels out in the sunshine to keep them dry. If you need extra towels during stay our team are just a text away and can help get this sorted for you. For 5 night stays, we'll always leave you extra from day dot.

  4. Don't forget a notebook. Some of the best thinking happens when out in nature, and you don't want to miss a thought.

  5. Pack emergency water, for those just in case moments. You're off-grid after all and it's good to be prepared.

  6. Try not to plan every moment of your day. Our experience is guided to a point, but there's so much room for play and exploration, allow yourself to just be and see where the adventure takes you.
